Welcome to the Loch Lomond Marina Committee (LLMC) archives. The LLMC predated the current Loch Lomond Marina Oversight Committee (LLMOC). The LLMC was chartered to deal with the development of General Plan 2020 focusing on sections that related to the proposed development plans for the Loch Lomond Marina property and examining the impact of those development plans on the environment, on the residential areas surrounding the marina and on the recreational uses of the property. Once the final plans were approved by the City of San Rafael on August 6, 2007 the LLMC ceased its functions. The LLMOC was then established to assure that the development followed the approved plan and that the impact of the construction process was minimized for the surrounding neighborhoods. This archive of the documents related to the LLMC activities is provided for historical reference.
